Southern Miss-Texas State Suspended Due To Rain; Game Resumes Friday at Noon

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss-Texas State series opener Thursday night at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field was suspended in the bottom of the eighth with the Bobcats leading the Golden Eagles 7-5 due to inclement weather.
The game will resume at 12 noon, Friday, with game two of the series scheduled for 40 minutes after the first game – weather permitting.
Fans can use either their game one or game two ticket to gain admission to Friday's action.
