Track and Field Releases 2025 Schedule

HATTIESBURG, Miss.-- Head coach Jon Stuart has unveiled the 2025 schedule for Southern Miss Track and Field on Thursday afternoon.

 Stuart shared his excitement about the 2025 schedule.
"Our schedule prepares us for some of the best competition in the NCAA," said Stuart. "It spans numerous conferences that will help sharpen our skills as we prepare for Sunbelt Championships and beyond, which makes me excited for some great meets ahead of us. Our athletes are ready for it as well."

The indoor season commences with the UAB Vulcan Invitational in Birmingham, Ala., on Jan. 11, followed by the Vanderbilt Invite in Nashville, Tenn., on Jan. 17-18. After a brief break, the team returns to Birmingham for the UAB Blazer Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 8, followed by Nashville for the Music City Challenge on Feb. 14-15, with the Sun Belt Indoor Championships in Birmingham on Feb. 24-25. The NCAA Indoor Championships will occur in Virginia Beach, Va., on March 14-15.

Moving to the outdoor series, the Bulldog Relays hosted by Mississippi State in Starkville on March 20-22 marks the beginning. The team returns home to host the Southern Miss Invitational on March 28-29 before heading to Oxford, Miss., for the Ole Miss Joe Walker Invitational on April 4-5, followed by the Crimson Tide Invitational in Tuscaloosa, Ala. On April 11-12. The regular season concludes with the LSU Alumni Gold Meet on April 26 in Baton Rouge, followed by the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships hosted by JMU in Harrisonburg, Va., from May 8 to May 10. After a two-week break, The NCAA East Regionals are scheduled for May 28-31 in Jacksonville, Fla., with the NCAA Championships set for June 11-14 in Eugene, Ore.
