HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Just two days after besting Louisiana in front of the fifth-largest Reed Green Coliseum crowd ever, the Southern Miss (22-4, 11-2 SBC) men's basketball will have a chance to extend its unbeaten home start when ULM (11-15, 7-6 SBC) comes to town. The Saturday matinee will tip at 2:30 p.m.

- Through 13 Sun Belt games, Austin Crowley is averaging 18.4 points per game and DeAndre Pinckney is averaging 15.2 points per game. Big man Felipe Haase is scoring 13.6 points per game in Sun Belt play
- With Thursday's 82-71 win over Louisiana, Southern Miss is now in first place in the Sun Belt standings
- 8,097 Southern Miss fans flooded into Reed Green Coliseum to see the Golden Eagles dump Louisiana. It was the fifth-largest crowd in program history
- Pinckney broke out for 22 points against the Ragin' Cajuns, while Neftali Alvarez finished with 17 points -- that was the most of his Southern Miss career

- Haase is the sixth active player in Division I basketball to have at least 1,500 points, 800 rebounds and 300 assists since the 2017-18 season

- ULM has lost three of its last four games and is 11-15 overall
- Jamari Blackmon (14.0) and Tyreke Locure (13.3) are the main offensive threats
- The two guards combined for 38 points when the Golden Eagles and Warhawks met back in January
- ULM is 4-7 in road games this season, including a 4-2 mark in Sun Belt play
- ULM head coach Keith Richard is tied with former Middle Tennessee coach and current Ole Miss coach Kermit Davis for the second-most career Sun Belt Conference wins with 117
