HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- In a release by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, Henry Lamchinniah and Pasawee Reansuwong were ranked No. 51 in doubles. The pair was one of three Sun Belt teams to be ranked in ITA Doubles Poll.
Lamchinniah and Reansuwong were ranked with a 3-2 record and 8.62 points. The pair opened their fall season with a win over UTSA in Lake Charles and followed with a win over Sun Belt rival Louisiana the next day. The third win was a 7-6 decision over Luc Hoeijman and Alex Rancila of Tulane.
While these are mid-season rankings, Southern Miss has only had two doubles pairs finish in the final poll in program history. Andrea Anse and Stefan Feyen finish No. 41 in 1997 and Dirk Reinhardt and Andrea Tiltscher finish No. 50 in 1998.
