Men's Basketball Set to Continue Home Stretch with James Madison on Saturday

HATTIESBURG, Miss. --Â The Southern Miss (16-4, 5-2 SBC) men's basketball team continues its four-game homestand with James Madison (13-7, 4-3 SBC) on Saturday afternoon at Reed Green Coliseum. The Golden Eagles will battle the Dukes for the first time in program history at 2 p.m. on ESPN+.

- DeAndre Pinckney and Austin Crowley have both been named Sun Belt Player of the Week over the course of the two-week road trip that wrapped up last week

- The Jaguars are 13-7 overall, and 4-3 in Sun Belt play
- Vado Morse leads the offensive charge at 13.6 points per game. He has scored 25 points in back-to-back games coming into Saturday
- Terrence Edwards (11.9), Takal Molson (10.8) and Mezie Offurum (10.6) each average 10-plus points per game along with Morse
- Offurum is averaging 5.4 rebounds per game and has 92 in the 17 games he's appeared in
