Men's Basketball Set to Welcome Southeastern Baptist to Hattiesburg Wednesday Night

HATTIESBURG, Miss. --Â After a late addition to its schedule on Sunday afternoon, the Southern Miss men's basketball team will host Southeastern Baptist on Wednesday night at Reed Green Coliseum. Tip is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be aired on ESPN+.

The Need to Know
- Junior Tyler Stevenson is nine points away from reaching 1,000 career points after going for a season-high 21 points against Louisiana Tech on Sunday.
- The Columbus, Miss. native is slated to become the 17th player in program history to reach 1,000 points and 500 rebounds.Â
- Junior DeAndre Pinckney went for a season-high 21 points in Sunday's loss to the Bulldogs and is now averaging 12.5 PPG in Conference USA play.
- With junior Tae Hardy out for the season, Stevenson leads all healthy Golden Eagles in scoring at 13.1 PPG and is averaging 8.4 RPG. Â
