Softball's Midweek Game Versus Ole Miss Moved to Oxford

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – With inclement weather forecast in the Hattiesburg area, Southern Miss will travel to Oxford to match up against in-state rival Ole Miss on Wednesday, March 24.
The Golden Eagles and the Rebels will face off at 5:00 p.m. CT, at the Ole Miss Softball Complex. The game will be streamed live on SEC Network +.

The Golden Eagles have been hot winning six of their last seven games. The Golden Eagles took on Samford over the weekend winning two games on Saturday but dropping Sunday's game to snap a six-game winning streak. The Golden Eagles look to continue their late success in Wednesday's matchup versus the Rebels.

- Second baseman Alyssa Davis has logged a standout season thus far leading C-USA with 30 hits and 22 runs batted in. Davis leads the Golden Eagles with a .341 batting average.
- Kiln, Miss. native Kaylan Ladner is cruising from within the circle with a record of 8-1 on the season. Ladner has an ERA of just 1.35 on 51.2 innings pitched.
