Five first-places were on the men's side.

AUBURN, Ala.– The Southern Miss Golden Eagle track and field program returns to Hattiesburg after a successful weekend at Auburn. USM had numerous top-15 finishers in this non-scored meet.

Men – 5 first place finishes
Women – 2 first place finishes

Women's Results
100m – Keiyana Gaskin finished fifth in 11.89. Kadaria Thompson came in 13^thafter finishing in 12.13. Shundoria Hardy came in 29^th, finishing in 12.45.
200m – Chenelle Ricketts finished in third with a time of 24.17. In seventh place was Keiyana Gaskin, who finished in 24.59. Kadaria Thompson finished in 14^thwith a time of 25.00.
400m – Rian Robinson came in third at 54.42. Chenelle Ricketts came in sixth place in 55.28. Aireanna Taylor and Taylor Harris finished back-to-back, with Taylor in 18^thwith a time of 57.55 and Harris in 19^thwith a time of 57.63. Ola Akinniyi came in 30^thwith a time of 59.80.
800m – Sandra Szpott came in second with a time of 2:09.27.
1500m – Sandra Szpott came in second-place with a time of 4:28.18. Regen McGee was eighth, finishing in 4:34.63.
3000m – Lina May finished in 10:08.75, placing fifth.
100m Hurdles – Callie Jones had an eighth-place finish after crossing the line at 14.76. Jasmine Griffin came in 21^stplace with a time of 16.66.
400m Hurdles – Jasmine Griffin finished in 14^thwith a time of 1:07.12.
3000m Steeple – Monika Gebarzewska came in first at 10:58.71. Sarah McMillon followed in third place in 11:24.62.
High Jump – Zaria Jones came in third with a jump of 1.66m.
Long Jump – Marquasha Myers finished in ninth with a jump of 5.31m. Callie Jones came in 12^thwith a jump of 5.28m.
Discus – Danisha Jones finished in first place with a throw of 52.40m.
Hammer – Danisha Jones came in fifth place with a throw of 55.57m.

Men's Results
100m – McKinely West had a first-place finish with a final time of 10.33. Elijah Burton finished in 13^thwith a time of 10.84. Chedlin Sagesse came in 36^th, crossing the finish line in 11.31.
200m – McKinely West finished first once again with a time of 20.72. Elijah Burton finished in 18^thplace in 22.20. Lorenzen Burton came in 26^thplace with a time of 22.44.
400m – Trey Johnson finished in first with a time of 46.98.
110m Hurdles – Caleb Parker came in first with a time of 13.91. Christian Strong was seventh with a time of 14.58. Tamrin Hobbs came in 12^thwith a time of 15.17. Keionis Spears came in 20^thwith a time of 16.82.
400m Hurdles – Mamadou Seck finished third in 53.33. Tamrin Hobbs took 13^thplace in 55.13.
4x100m Relay – Southern Miss came in third place with a team made up of Chedlin Sagesse, McKinely West, Trey Johnson, and Caleb Parker. They finished in 40.30.
High Jump – Eric Richards jumped to a first-place finish at a height of 2.17m.
Javelin – Graduate Assistant Emron Gibbs competed in the meet as an unattached participant, and took first with a throw of 68.19m. Thomas Peters came in fourth at 62.50m. Dominic Governale finished sixth with a throw of 60.63m.
