Basketball Golden Eagle Hotline to Debut Monday from Walk-On's

HATTIESBURG, Miss. --Â The Golden Eagle Hotline, featuring Southern Miss basketball coaches Jay Ladner and Joye Lee-McNelis, debuts at Walk-On's (4400 Hardy St.) on Monday.
The show will also be held on Dec. 9 and resume Jan. 6 through the end of the season. Ladner will discuss the men's team from 12 to 12:30, while McNelis will take the next 30 minutes to talk Lady Eagle hoops. Each week's show will be broadcast later in the day from 7-8 p.m., on one of the affiliates of the Southern Miss Sports Network from Learfield IMG College, including flagship station, WXRR-FM, Rock 104 in Hattiesburg/Laurel.
Fans at the restaurant can ask questions during the show via a microphone that will be available to the audience, while fans can send their questions in prior to the show's start time by either Twitter (@USMGoldenEagles), Facebook (Southern Miss Athletics) or email (southernmissathletics@gmail.com).
Both teams are home Wednesday in a doubleheader against Tulane, with the women tipping off at 5 p.m. The men are also home again Saturday at 2 p.m. against Southern Illinois. Tickets can be purchased via SouthernMissTickets.com, calling 1-800-844-TICK or stopping by the Pat Ferlise Center during normal business hours.
