Southern Miss SAAC Wins Frank Cain Memorial Award

HATTIESBURG, Miss – The Southern Miss Student-Athlete Advisory Committee was selected to receive the Frank Cain Memorial Award at the Center for Community and Civic Engagement 2017 Banquet.

The award, presented annually, is given to a student organization in acknowledgment for meaningful and regular participation in community service projects during the year.

Frank Cain, an outstanding student leading during the 1960’s, was deeply involved in community service and the Student Government Association and the award was established in his memory.
