Quotes from Head Coach Jon Stuart
-We had poor weather this weekend but the kids competed fantastic. They really came through under some tough circumstances for us. Mariam Kromah continued to dominate on the track, as did Modesty Lorick in the hurdles. Those two girls are leading and building confidence with team every event they win.
-The highlight of whole meet was in the men's javelin. The competition got intense out of nowhere. Emron Gibbs ended up throwing a Grenadian national record and freshman Thomas Peters threw 70m which was close to a 10m personal best for him. We are very excited for both of these young men. They have hung in and trusted the training and things have worked out for them.
