Women's Golf in 14th-Place at Bearcat Spring Classic

Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla. - The Southern Miss women's golf team is in 14th-place heading into the final round of the Bearcat Spring Classic, hosted by Cincinnati. The tournament is being played at the par-72, 6,225-yard Los Colinas Golf Course.
The Lady Eagles shot a 324 to sit 66-over par, one shot behind UAB.
Sophomore Devon Spriddle is tied for 22nd-place. She is 12-over par after shooting a 79. Junior Jennifer Nguyen is tied for 42nd-place after shooting a second consecutive 80, putting her at 16-over par.
Freshman Belen Abrile is tied for 47th-place at 17-over par after carding an 83. Sophomore Emily Ross is 21-over par, tied for 67th-place after posting an 82 and junior MacKenzie Kelly is in 93rd-place at 41-over par after carding a 96.
Memphis leads the team competition at 26-over par, 16 strokes in front of Jacksonville.
Memphis' Emily Goldenstein and Bradley's Danielle Lemek are tied for the individual lead at one-over par.
