Baseball Opener at LA Tech Pushed Up Two Hours

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss baseball team will open its Conference USA series opener Friday at Louisiana Tech two hours earlier due to expected rain in the Ruston area.
The Golden Eagles and Bulldogs will now play at 4 p.m., instead of its 6 p.m., original starting time.
There are no adjustments to the remainder of the schedule as game two is slated for 3 p.m., on Saturday with the final game set for 1 p.m., Sunday.
