Men's Tennis Team Opens 2015 Spring Season at Home

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss men's tennis team will open the 2015 spring season this weekend with three home matches.

The Golden Eagles will take on Jacksonville State at 10 a.m., followed by a match against Alcorn State at 2 p.m. They will close out the weekend against University of New Orleans Sunday at 2 p.m.

The team, led by second-year Head Coach Zubin Engineer, is returning four letter winners from last season. Alex Doleac, Chao-Yu Huang, Brad Marriott and Grigory Trotsenko will look to build on last year's success.

The Golden Eagles finished last season with a 12-11 record, and made it to the Conference USA quarterfinals for the first time since 2010.
