Southern Miss improves to 27-6 on the year. The victory ties the school record for wins with the 1989-90 squad.
The Lady Eagles are now 4-4 all-time in the Women's NIT, including 3-0 at home.
The 15-point victory is the largest in Southern Miss' WNIT history.
Southern Miss is now 3-2 all-time against Lamar.
Jamierra Faulkner recorded her 12th double-double of the year, scoring 14 points and recording 13 assists.
Faulkner's 13 assists tied the WNIT single-game record, along with three other players.
It is also her 15th double-figure assist game of the year.
