HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss women's basketball team concludes its home schedule against UCF Sunday in a 2 p.m., tilt. Four Lady Eagles will take a their final bow in Reed Green Coliseum as the quartet wind down their respective careers in celebrating Super Senior Day in a postgame ceremony.
$2 tickets for all seniors (citizens). The first 30 senior citizens will receive a Go Gold t-shirt and team poster. The first 30 students will receive a movie ticket.

Southern Miss is 10-17 overall and 5-9 in the league after a 77-49 loss at UTEP
The Lady Eagles placed three players in double-figure scoring with Tanesha Washington leading the way with 15 points followed by Jamierra Faulkner with 11 and Geneshia Dunbar chipped in 10.
The Lady Eagles own a 109-133 record in regular season conference games in C-USA
Three players continue to average in double figure scoring, junior Rachel Vigers at 16.9 (who has missed the last seven games), followed by Tanesha Washington at 14.4 and Jamierra Faulkner at 12.3 points per game
Washington leads the team in rebounding with 9.1 rebounds per game Jamierra Faulkner leads the league and the team in assists while ranking among the national leaders
As a team, Southern Miss is averaging 60.8 points and 39.3 rebounds per game while shooting 39.4 percent from the field and 65.6 percent from the line.
Freshman Jamierra Faulkner was one rebound shy of a triple-double against Tulane (1/20) as she dished out 11 assists to go with her 24 points and two steals Rachel Vigers and Jamierra Faulkner earned C-USA Player and Freshman of the Week honors (1/24)
A Look at UCF
UCF is riding a six game-winning streak into Reed Green Coliseum after a 53-50 win over UAB on Thursday. With that win, the Knights (17-10, 10-4) are in sole possession of second place in the league. Gevenia Carter led the way with 10 points with Ashia Kelly and Chelsie adding nine points apiece.
Coach Joi Williams is in her fourth season at UCF. The Knights are averaging double-figure scoring led by D'Nay Daniels at 14.0 followed by Wiley at 13.9 and Aisha Patrick chipping in 10.2 points per contest. Patrick also is the team's leading rebounder at 8.1 boards per game.
As a team, UCF is averaging 67.7 points and 41.5 rebounds per contest while shooting 38.7 percent from the field and 68.7 percent from the line.
The Series
This is the 19th meeting between the two teams dating back to the 1980-81 season. The two teams faced each other for the first time on Dec. 19, 1980, in Orlando. The two teams have played each other 13 times since becoming members of Conference USA with USM winning eight of the 13 meetings. UCF swept the series last season and won the first meeting this season in Orlando.
