Tanika Liburd Competes In The NCAA National Indoor Championship

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- - Senior indoor track and field performer Tanika Liburd competes in her first NCAA Indoor National Championships, Mar. 9, hosted by the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
Liburd becomes only the second female indoor track and field athlete in the school's history to compete in the national meet, after Raquel Washington competed in the 60-meter hurdles last season.
Liburd, a two-time Conference USA long jump winner, enters the event tied No. 12 nationally with a jump of 20'6.50".
