Lady Eagle Trackster Wins Heptathlon at Alabama Relays

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ? Southern Miss? Ashley Reyer captured the heptathlon title at the 2005 Alabama Relays on Friday, scoring a personal-best 4,730 points out of 10 competitors.

Reyer, a sophomore from Petal, Miss., posted wins in the high jump and 800 meters with second-place finishes in the shot put and javelin.
