The relay team of Tanika Liburd, Raquel Washington, Tori Wells and Angela Johnson turned a time of 46.19, posting the second best time of the year, but it wasn?t enough to advance to the finals scheduled for Friday.
On Thursday, Jeb Meschke recorded a throw of 205?8? in the javelin and failed to advance to the finals after finishing 23rd overall.
In the women?s long jump, Liburd finished in a tie for 17th overall in the competition with a jump of 19?11.75?. Marvin Lucas had three foul attempts in the long jump and did not record a legal jump.
