Women?s Golf Moves Into Eighth After Second Round
The Lady Eagles shot a team 298, a seven-shot improvement from their first round score of 305.
Each golfer shot 80 or better for the second consecutive day.
Sophomore Mia Davidsson shot a two-over par score of 74 in the second round, and stands tied for ninth in the individual competition with a two-round score of 146. Senior Jennifer Keefe shot the team?s best score of the day, a two-under par round of 70, a seven shot improvement from her opening round of 77, to improve to a tie for 11th. Junior Nichole Mackey shot a second round 75, while freshman Jennifer Bodeman and junior Ashlea Deener shot 80 and 79 respectively.
Sunday?s final round will feature a shotgun start at 10 a.m. (CT).
