Southern Miss Baseball Ranked No. 40 In Latest Poll
Hattiesburg, Miss. - Southern Miss, fresh off its weekend series win over Southeast Missouri State University, moved up one spot in this week?s ESPN Coaches Poll released today. The Golden Eagles received 11 votes, good enough for 40th overall.

Other Conference USA teams included in the polls this week are Tulane (26th), UAB (34th), Houston (35th), and South Florida (47th).

Southern Miss (11-4) returns to action Tuesday and Wednesday night, hosting the Temple Owls (0-6) at 6:30 p.m. Southern Miss opens Conference USA play at home this weekend against Saint Louis. Friday?s game is set for 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday's games are set for 1 p.m.
