Lady Eagle Basketball Assistant Steps Down

Hattiesburg, Miss. - Southern Miss Head Women's Basketball Coach Rick Reeves has announced that Assistant Coach Paul Nixon has decided to resign his position to pursue other career opportunities.

"I appreciate the job he has done for me and the women's basketball program at Southern Miss," Reeves said. "I wish the best of luck in his future endeavors."

I really appreciate the opportunity of being a part of the women's basketball program at Southern Miss for the past three years," Nixon said. "It has been both a rewarding and enjoyable time for me. As I move on to pursue other professional opportunities, I want to wish everyone at Southern Miss only the very best."
