Sophomore Center Courtney Todaro Will Redshirt 2002-03 Season
"After a mutual decison by the coaching staff and Courtney, we have decided to redshirt her this season," Reeves said. "I'm real excited about this decision for the future of our program and Courtney. We have four senior post players, Dana Jones, Sonja Brown, Jessica Woods and Anna Udicova. We think its in the best interest for her to redshirt.
"She has a world of potential," Reeves continued. "Next year she's going to have to step in a starting role for us. We expect her to do that, and we would like to have her for three more seasons."
Todaro, a 6-7 center, played in 22 games last season, scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in 106 minutes.
