McGee joined the Equipment staff as a Assistant Athletic Equipment Manager in July of 2019.
His day-to-day responsibilities include handling equipment needs for soccer, track and field, and both men's and women's tennis. He also assists in handling the equipment needs of the football team.
Prior to his current position, he served as the Graduate Assistant for the Equipment department at Southern Miss, working with the football team during the 2018 season. He also worked as a student manager for equipment from 2013-17.
McGee, a Hattiesburg native, graduated from Southern Miss in 2017 with his Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is currently working toward his Master's in Sports Management.
