2025 (Freshman): Appeared in 33 games and started in 13... pitching a total of 118.2 innings... finishing the season with 80 strikeouts and an ERA of 4.32... had her season high for strikeouts with nine against Alabama State on March 12th... had a season high for innings pitched of 7.2 against Georgia Southern on March 15th.. notching two complete game shutouts against JMU and App State winning 2-0 and 3-0
High School: Giardina joins the Southern Miss pitching staff after as a decorated five-year letterwinner at Archbishop Chapelle High School....the Kenner, La. product recorded a school record of 800 career strikeouts...led school to first state championship win in program history in 2024 5A-Louisiana D1...named the 2024 All-Star game MVP...in the 2023 season, posted 244 strikeouts over 141 innings with five no-hitters, while also hitting 30 RBIs and three home runs on a .421 batting average...named First Team All-District in 2022 and 2023, and the 9-5A MVP/Player of the Year in 2023...selected to the Louisiana Softball Coaches Association 5A All-State Team, the Louisiana Sport Writers Association 5A All-State Team, and named as the All-Metro 2023 Outstanding Player...also has travel ball experience, playing for the LA Voodoo Barksdale Gold...was an Honor Roll student every year in high school and was on the All-Academic Athletic Team for softball.
