Bio
Redshirt Freshman (2024, Marshall): Appeared in 13 games as a reserve defensive back and return specialist, earning All-SBC First Team honors as a return man after leading the FBS in return average among qualifying players (32.4). Had 16 kick returns for 518 yards and led the FBS in 50+-yard KO returns (3) and 40+-yard kickoff returns (5). Also finished the season with 48 tackles, including 5.0 tackles for loss with a fumble recovery and 4 PBUs. His best game came against Southern Miss when he had a career-high 8 tackles with 2.0 TFLs and 2 PBUs - one of which went for an INT. Also had six tackles against ODU and App State.
Freshman (2023, Marshall): Redshirted. Did Not Play.
Personal/High School: Majoring in Sports Management ... Foster was a state champion at Pike County and was a two-time First Team All-State honoree while also being nominated for Mr. Football ... In addition to being a defensive standout, Foster caught 28 passes for 895 yards and 19 touchdowns while adding two kickoff return scores and a punt return score ... Foster chose Marshall over Vanderbilt, Navy and Army, among others ... Parents are Terra and Anthony Foster. His mother played basketball at UAB.
