- How does digital ticket delivery work?
- You will receive an email with a link to download your tickets. While on your smartphone, you will click the link for the desired game, you will then be prompted to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. You're now ready to go for game day! - How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day via my smartphone?
- We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to game day. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.

- Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry?
- Yes! If your group is entering the stadium together, you can have all your tickets on your smartphone. You will simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually and scan.
- What if I have a large number of tickets and I want to issue them to my guest(s) ahead of game day?
- A benefit of mobile ticketing is the ability to manage your tickets online and transfer them to your guests electronically. You have the flexibility to transfer specific seat locations to one game or multiple games in one transaction. - What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the venue at different times?
- You can transfer your tickets to them ahead of time and avoid trying to arrive at the same time. Click here for more information on how to transfer your tickets!
- What if my smartphone dies on game day before I enter the stadium?
- You can visit our box office located near Gate 3 on game day and we can assist.
- Can I print out the QR code and use for admission?
- No. Mobile tickets must be scanned off a smartphone for entry.
