Ando Leads Women’s Golf Up Leaderboard at Bama Beach Bash

GULF SHORES, Ala. – Southern Miss women's golf completed its second day of competition at the Bama Beach Bash in fifth place after a 302-stroke day as a team. Momoka Ando leads the Golden Eagles with a three-over 147, placing her inside the top five at Gulf Shores Country Club.

Ando is tied for fourth after finishing one-over par in the second round. Louise Cuyvers four-over 76 in today's round ties her for 14th in the tournament.

Ragini Navet and Jacee Fields finished five-over and eight-over, respectively, as individuals and each rank inside the top 30. Navet is currently tied for 18th while Fields sits tied for 29th Elsewhere, Taylor Trible is tied for 42nd, Elena Melich moved up 11 spots to tie for 45th and Alma Betoret sits tied for 49th after a shooting four-over 76.
