Southern Miss partners with Affinity for Trademark Licensing Services

HATTIESBURG – Southern Miss has announced it has partnered with Affinity Licensing for exclusive licensing agency representation effective January 1, 2025.
"We are thrilled to partner with Affinity Licensing," said Director of Athletics Jeremy McClain. "The Southern Miss brand is experiencing unprecedented growth, and this partnership comes at the perfect time to help us further elevate our presence locally, regionally, and nationally. Affinity Licensing's expertise will be instrumental in enhancing and expanding the reach of our brand through licensed products."
As part of the agreement, Affinity will manage the university's brand licensing relationship with more than 200 licensees and retail partners. The university will have access to innovative technology and processes that allow for better brand protection, as well as leverage Affinity's retail and merchandising expertise to expand product categories, launch new products and grow retail distribution.
