Six Golden Eagles Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Six Golden Eagles have been named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC).
The honorees include Kesaia Bruni (3.90, Exercise Science), Ishpreen Marwah (4.0, Finance BSBA), Adaira Nakano (3.9, Exercise Science) Shaelynn Quick (3.75, Exercise Science), Mallory Tapper (3.9, Exercise Science) and Alice Williamson (3.7, Accounting BSBA). These standout student-athletes were among 55 selections from the Sun Belt Conference.
The Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team celebrates the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletics and academics.
Senior Adaira Nakano, a Second Team All-Sun Belt selection, earned additional distinction as one of six Sun Belt student-athletes advancing to the national ballot for consideration as an Academic All-American. First, second, and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on December 11, 2024.
