Football Adds Future Home-and-Home Series with Memphis

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss renews its oldest football rivalry with the announcement Wednesday of an upcoming home-and-home series with Memphis.
The Golden Eagles travel to Memphis to play the Tigers, Sept. 18, 2027, and UM returns the game in Hattiesburg, Sept. 21, 2030.
The two programs have met 63 times on the gridiron and Southern Miss leads the overall series 40-22-1. This will be the first meeting between the schools in football since the 2012 campaign.
