ATLANTA, Ga. -- The Southern Miss (20-4, 9-2 SBC) men's basketball team looks to extend its six-game winning streak on Saturday when it takes on Georgia State (10-13, 3-8 SBC) in Atlanta. Tipoff from the GSU Convocation Center is scheduled for 1 p.m. CST on ESPN+.

- Through 11 Sun Belt games, Austin Crowley is averaging 19.8 points per game and DeAndre Pinckney is averaging 14.8 points per game
- Southern Miss is in a tie for first with Louisiana at 9-2 in Sun Belt play
- Crowley is coming off a 23-point performance in Thursday's nine-point win over Troy. That's his second-straight 20-point game after going for 24 against Texas State last Saturday

- Crowley has scored at least 10 points in each of his last 15 games, including a career-high 30 against App State
- Crowley (17.8), Haase (14.3) and Pinckney (13.8) are the only Golden Eagles averaging double-digit points per game
- Haase is the sixth active player in Division I basketball to have at least 1,500 points, 800 rebounds and 300 assists since the 2017-18 season

Scouting the Panthers
- Georgia State is 10-5 this season on its home floor, helping it to a 10-13 mark overall
- Georgia State picked up a 64-60 win over Georgia Southern Thursday as Brenden Tucker (20 points) and Jamaine Mann (18) combined for 38 points
- Over the last three games, Mann is averaging 15.3 points and 5.7 rebounds, including 18 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and a blocked shot in the win over Georgia Southern. For the season, he averages 10.4 points and 4.6 rebounds
- Sophomore guard Dwon Odom leads the Panthers in scoring (13.3 ppg) and assists (3.6/No. 7 in Sun Belt) while ranking second on the team in steals (22) and blocked shots (15) and third in rebounding

- This is the 13^th meeting between the two Sun Belt schools. Southern Miss leads the series 7-5
- Both teams have two wins in Atlanta during the all-time series. Georgia State won the 1975 and 2014 meetings, while Southern Miss won on the road in 1982 and 2012.
- The Panthers have won the last two meetings
