New Episode of the Inside Southern Miss Athletics Podcast Debuts

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – A new episode of the Inside Southern Miss Athletics podcast, powered by Learfield, premieres Wednesday, August 31.
The free podcast includes the Voice of the Golden Eagles, John Cox, as he conducts various interviews with former and current Southern Miss student-athletes, Athletic Department personnel and other special guests weekly.
On Inside Southern Miss Athletics this week, Cox and Athletic Director Jeremy McClain discuss the opening week of the football season as the Golden Eagles play host to Liberty at The Rock this Saturday. Southern Miss special teams coordinator Greg Meyer also joins the show and talks preparations for this week's season opener, while Director of Player Personnel Joe Moreno discusses some of the steps involved in putting together the Golden Eagle football roster.
