Softball Announces Changes to Hub City Challenge

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss softball program announced changes to this weekend's Hub City Challenge due to SIUE's canceled appearance due to health and safety protocols.

The tournament, originally scheduled to feature 10 contests between Friday, Feb. 25 and Sunday, Feb. 27, will now feature six games. Southern Miss will take on Alcorn and Evansville in four contests spanning the weekend.

Hub City Challenge Updated Schedule:
Friday, Feb. 25:
Evansville vs. Alcorn: 1 p.m.
Southern Miss vs. Alcorn: 4 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 26:
Alcorn vs. Evansville: 11 a.m.
Southern Miss vs. Evansville: 2 p.m.
Southern Miss vs. Alcorn: 5 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 27:
Southern Miss vs. Evansville: Noon
