Football Truck by KLLM Transport Services Reveal Set for Thursday at Trustmark Park

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- KLLM Transport Services will be hosting its 2021 College Football Trucks Unveiling event this Thursday, July 22, which will include the Southern Miss custom equipment tractor-trailer, in conjunction with a Mississippi Braves versus Biloxi Shuckers baseball game at Trustmark Park in Pearl. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.

The event showcases to the general public the custom football equipment tractor-trailers that KLLM provides each year to the state universities and will begin at 5:30 p.m. and run through 7:30 p.m.

There will be a section gated off just outside of Trustmark Park with the trucks on showcase for the public to take pictures, visit with cheerleaders/mascots, and university athletic staffers. Kids and adults both will be able to climb up into the cab and see the inside of the custom trucks for each university. University-specific grab-and-go items like little footballs, schedule posters, and more will be handed out.

Each tractor-trailer will be wrapped with graphics head-to-toe representing each team's colors and were designed in conjunction with each university.

A ticket to the game gains entrance into the truck event area. The ticket purchase page for the general public is now live and can be directly accessed here: http://bit.ly/kllmfootball2021

In addition to the trucks, KLLM donates both fuel and drivers throughout the year.

Half of all ticket revenue purchased with the unlock code will be donated to Friends of Children's Hospital benefiting Blair E. Baton Children's Hospital, and KLLM has kicked off the fundraising with a $2,500 pledge.

SuperTalk Mississippi's "Sports Talk Mississippi" statewide radio show will have a live remote on location leading up to the event that day from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and some food vendors will be inside the truck area, as well.
