Game Times/Viewing Platforms Announced for First Three Football Games

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – ESPN announced game times as well as its streaming platform, Thursday, for the first three Southern Miss football games this fall.
The Golden Eagles open the 2021 season Saturday, Sept. 4, at South Alabama, with the game time set for 7 p.m., with the contest being broadcast on ESPN+.
The following week, Southern Miss opens the home schedule, Saturday, Sept. 11, with a 6 p.m., contest against Grambling State. That game will be shown on ESPN3.
The final non-conference home contest for the Golden Eagles takes place against Troy, Saturday, Sept. 18, and the two teams will do battle at 6 p.m., on ESPN+.
Under first-year coach Will Hall, the Golden Eagles also had announced earlier this week that their Louisiana Tech showdown in Ruston was moved up a day to Friday, Nov. 19 and will take be aired on CBS Sports Network. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
Season tickets can be purchased by going online at SouthernMissTickets.com, by calling 1-800-844-TICK (8425) or by visiting the Pat Ferlise Ticket Office weekdays between 8 a.m., and 5 p.m. Renewel deadline for season ticket holders is June 1.
