Southern Miss Announces Updated Volleyball Attendance Policies

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss athletics department has announced that it will allow 100 general admission and 50 student tickets each for the final two volleyball matches, Sunday (12 p.m.) and Monday (11 a.m.) against North Texas.
General-admission tickets for the public are $5 and can be purchased through those methods as well or on matchday at the Wellness/Volleyball Facility if there are any tickets still available.
Students seeking entry will need to claim their complimentary ticket by visiting SouthernMiss.com/Students and logging in to their account. As with all other ticketed sports, the claim process has taken the place of swiping your Student ID. Â You will still need to show your student ID along with the ticket on your mobile device to enter the match. General admission tickets for the public are $5 and can be purchased by visiting SouthernMissTickets.com, calling the ticket office at 601-266-5418, or by visiting the ticket office in person during the week (through Friday) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If any tickets remain, on match day, tickets may be purchased at the Wellness/Volleyball Facility beginning one hour prior to the start of the match.
Face coverings are required at all times, and social distancing is encouraged. To the extent possible, all transactions will be contactless or touchless such as mobile ticketing, contactless ticket scanning, cashless concession sales, etc.
The Golden Eagles (9-6, 4-4 C-USA) will also be hosting the Conference USA Volleyball Championships April 1-3. Ticket information for the tournament will be released at a later date.
