Softball Records Highest Semester Grade Point Average during Fall

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss softball team enjoyed its highest-ever semester grade point average in the classroom during the fall as the squad posted a 3.502.
The semester finished with 17 Golden Eagles, including all nine freshmen, collecting a spot on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for a 3.000 GPA or above.
Five softball players, Kaley Fruge, Natalie Hurdle, Scout Jennings, Riley Stephens, and Natalie Taylor received a spot on the President's List by earning a semester GPA of a 4.000. An additional six members collected Dean's List honors, posting a GPA between 3.500-3.999, including Lorna Agren, Hannah Borden, Rycca Hinton, Columbia Holeman, Paige Kilgore, Maddie Moody, and Lexie Smith.
