Softball Set To Conclude Fall Ball Games

HATTIESBURG, MISS. – The Golden Eagle softball team is set to finish out its Fall Ball games this Friday, Oct. 8, as they host two games at the Southern Miss Softball Complex. The first game will take place at 4 p.m. and will be against Jones College. The Black and Gold will then wrap up their Fall Ball action with a match against Pearl River Community College at 7 p.m.
"We would love to see everyone out to our final fall contests this Friday. I think you will see a group of young women that are passionate about softball and represent USM with great pride and dignity. We have a lot of talented young players with a mix of proven veterans," Head Coach Brian Levin noted. "The fall has gone fairly well thus far. We have outscored opponents 40-12 in our four games. It has been a great opportunity to evaluate our players, as well as determine where we will need to improve moving forward. Come out and get a glimpse of what is in store for the spring. We appreciate the support! SMTTT!"
