Campos Honored As C-USA Offensive Player Of The Week

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – A brace over the weekend in a 2-0 win against UTEP by senior Alice Campos (Campinas, Brazil-Northwestern Oklahoma State) earned her C-USA Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Oct. 26.

Campos scored two goals in the last away match of the season for the Golden Eagles, as the team secured a 2-0 victory. Campos led the team by netting a goal in each half. The Brazilian now co-leads the Golden Eagles in points and goals scored during conference play at seven and three, respectively. Campos is also ranked No. 20 in the NCAA in shot accuracy with a .633 clip.
