Cross Country Announces 2020 Schedule

Hattiesburg, Miss. - Coming off of a historic season that saw the Lady Eagles finish second at the 2019 C-USA Championships, Head Cross Country Coach Aaron Kindt released the schedule for the 2020 Cross Country season.
"We are excited to have a chance to race again. It's been a long six months. I am proud of all the work that this group has put in during this time to be ready for an opportunity like this. I can't wait for the gun to go off and have a chance to watch this team compete," Kindt said.
The Lady Eagles kick-off the season at the Florida State Invitational competing in the meet for the first time since the 2012-13 season on October 2, and will stay on the road for their other regular season meet as the team will take part in the Blazer Invitational in Hoover, Ala on October 16.
Southern Miss will then turn its focus to the postseason as the Golden Eagles head to the C-USA Championships hosted by UAB in Hoover, Ala. on October 31.
The Lady Eagles will look to build off of a strong 2019 campaign that saw the team finish 12th at the NCAA South Regionals.
