Baseball Fan Day Set for Saturday at The Pete

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss baseball team plays host to its 11th annual fan day this Saturday, Feb. 8, with a 10 a.m., starting time at Pete Taylor Park/Hill Denson Field. The fan day includes a free kids camp, an autograph session and an intra-squad scrimmage.
The day starts with the 10 a.m., free kid's clinic for kids ages 4 through 13, with instruction provided by the Southern Miss baseball coaches and players. Registration is free for the camp and starts at 9:30 a.m.
Immediately following the clinic, a team autograph session will take place under the stands at Pete Taylor Park and later in the day, the squad will play an intra-squad game.
The Southern Miss mascot, Seymour, will be on hand for pictures and autographs for this free event.
