Exciting Football Promotions, Game Times, Television Networks Unveiled For 2019 Football Season

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – With the release of Conference USA's television schedule on Thursday, the Southern Miss football program now knows the game times and television networks for all but one of its games this fall.
The Golden Eagles are set to be broadcast live 11 times, as they will be on ESPN+ on six different occasions, the NFL Network three times, as well as ESPNU and Stadium on Facebook once each.
The only network and time not announced at this juncture is the Sept. 21 contest at Alabama. That game time and network will not be announced until 12 days out from that contest.
Southern Miss opens the 2019 fall slate Saturday, Aug. 31, when it entertains Alcorn State at M.M. Roberts Stadium.
Here are the following promotions for each of the home games this season, in which fans are encouraged to utilize #30K5TIMES on social media to promote the upcoming campaign:
- Alcorn State, Aug. 31 – GOLD OUT (fans are encouraged to wear GOLD for the home opener)
- UTEP, Sept. 28 – FAMILY WEEKEND AND BAND DAYÂ
- Color Split:Â Fans are also encouraged to wear GOLD if you sit on the EAST SIDE of the stadium and BLACK if you sit on the WEST SIDE of the stadium.
- North Texas, Oct. 12 – HOMECOMING and 20th year anniversary/recognition of the 1999 C-USA championship team
- UAB, Nov. 9 – SALUTE TO ARMED FORCES
- WKU, Nov. 23 – LIGHTS OUT (fans are encouraged wear BLACK)
More promotions will be released throughout the summer months and fans are encouraged to mark their calendars for the 2019 football season.
