Southern Miss Athletics Set to Hold Spring Preview Saturday, April 6

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss Department of Athletics will hold a special day on the Golden Eagle campus, Saturday, April 6, called the Spring Preview and will feature a chance to buy game-used Golden Eagle merchandise as well as watch football practice, along with home events featuring beach volleyball and baseball.
The event will include an athletic department garage sale that will allow fans to purchase Southern Miss game-worn jerseys and unused athletic apparel and will start the day at the Giannini Touchdown Terrace from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Also during that time, there will be an open football practice that will allow fans to be able to meet and greet with the football players as well as get an opportunity to buy or renew their season tickets for the 2019 season.
The beach volleyball team will play a pair of matches against Spring Hill starting at 11 a.m., at the Southern Miss Beach Volleyball courts near the Payne Center. Admission is free to those matches.
The day concludes with the Golden Eagle baseball team taking on Marshall at Pete Taylor Park beginning at 2 p.m.
