Southern Miss Volleyball: By the numbers

Hattiesburg, Mississippi - It may not be a regular season game, but Southern Miss volleyball is back in action as it prepares for the Black and Gold Scrimmage on Saturday at 3 p.m. in Reed Green Coliseum. Here is a look back at last season by the numbers.
20: The Golden Eagles have recorded at least 20 wins in each season since 2014.
3,923: Senior Sarah Bell has recorded 3,923 assists in her three seasons at Southern Miss. She currently sits fourth all-time in school history.
15: Fifteen of the squads 20 wins came via a 3-0 sweep last season.
4: The Golden Eagles are welcoming four new members to the staff this season: Stephanie Radecki (head coach), Jennifer McCall (assistant coach), Peyton Lang (assistant coach) and Hannah Masoner (graduate assistant).
337: Radecki won 337 games in her 15-year coaching career between the University of North Alabama and Saint Leo University.
3: Southern Mississippi returns three 32-game-starters this season in Kylie Grandy, Alexis Coombs and Bell.
13.78: The squad ranked fourth in Conference USA in kills with an average of 13.78 per match. Southern Miss also ranked inside the top five in nine of the 12 categories.
.41: Grandy ranked second in the conference with .41 service aces per match last season.
11: The Golden Eagles are preparing to host the 11th-annual Southern Miss Invitational. Joining Southern Miss in the field is Alcorn State, East Carolina and Florida A&M.
85: The Golden Eagles recorded a season-high 85 kills against North Texas on Sept. 22.
.679: Radecki's winning percentage in her 14 seasons as the leader of North Alabama.
Highlights of the scrimmage include free admission, an autograph session following the game and complimentary pizza while supplies last.
