Southern Miss Announces Available Parking for MHSAA State Football Championship

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The University of Southern Mississippi has announced the available parking for the 2018 Mississippi High School Activities Association state football championships, Nov. 30-Dec. 1, on the Golden Eagle campus.
Suggested game day lots on Friday, Nov. 30, are located at the Hillcrest Gravel lot, Sports Field lot (located on W. 4th Street), both the Ross Blvd. North and South lots, as well as the 34th Ave. and 35th Ave. lots, along with the Scholarship Hall lot (Montague Ave.). Transit services will also be available Friday for 50 cents per rider.
All campus lots will be open on Saturday for parking, except for the reserved and mandatory tow areas.
Tailgating will be allowed for the High School State Football Championships. The University requests the following of fans wishing to tailgate:
• Park legally
• Do not set up tailgates in parking spaces
• Tailgate in the space adjacent to your vehicle
• Clean up after yourself.

Friday, Nov. 30
3A – Water Valley vs. Seminary, 11 a.m.
1A – Simmons vs. Nanih Waiya, 3 p.m.
6A – Horn Lake vs. Oak Grove, 7 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 1
4A – Louisville vs. Poplarville, 11 a.m.
2A – Scott Central vs. Taylorsville, 3 p.m.
5A – West Point vs. West Jones, 7 p.m.
