"Our throws crew was as solid as ever with Emron Gibbs winning the javalin and Thomas Peters coming in third; Brashe' Wood had a personal best in the shot put, Nadia Maffo tossing a regional qualifying mark in the hammer throw. This group has performed well over the past two meets and has had good focus during some tough competition."
"On the track, we have put together great early season marks. Dana Dillistone was outstanding today in the 1500m, running a USM record in her victory."
"Overall, we had five individuals with marks that should qualify for the first round of the NCAA Championships in May."
