Lady Eagle Basketball Opens Tryouts, Search For Practice Players

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Lady Eagles basketball team will hold open tryouts Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m..
All interested players must sign up at the Women's Basketball Office, located in the Reed Green Coliseum. Players must bring a completed Southern Miss Athletics Waiver, provide an up-to-date physical and show proof of insurance at the tryout.
The team is also in search of practice players, preferably males with high school varsity experience. Required hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. during Fall Semester and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. during Spring Semester.
Practice players will be given Southern Miss Nike gear.
