Future Golden Eagle Football Camp Set for April 23

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The Southern Miss Athletics Department is sponsoring its fifth annual Future Golden Eagles Football Camp, Saturday, April 23, at The Rock from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. as part of the Eagle Fest 2016 celebration.
The free camp is open to children ages 4 through 8th grade and takes place at The Rock prior to the Southern Miss football team's annual Black and Gold spring game, which starts at noon. Admission to the Spring Game is also free.
Registration for this event begins at 9 a.m., and will take place at Gate 1 on the northwest side of The Rock. Children are encouraged to wear Athletic shoes and clothing. No previous playing experience is required in order to take part in this camp.
The Southern Miss football coaching staff and players will provide instruction for various football drills throughout the camp.
Parents will be able to watch their children take part in the camp from the West Side Stadium seating. Parents are not allowed on the field during the camp.
