Nick Mullens' Touchdowns Keep Rising in School, National Ranks

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The two-week wait for Southern Miss football will come to an end Saturday with the HOMECOMING game against Marshall at 6 p.m.

Nick Mullens is currently No. 18 nationally with 16 passing touchdowns on the year, and that statistic has a few notes within itself as well:

-Seven have been for 30 yards or more, and eight of the 16 have come at home.
-Mullens is four touchdowns and 135 yards away from reaching Austin Davis' all-time career records of 83 and 10,892, respectively.
-The senior had thrown for a score in 22 straight games before it was snapped at LSU on Oct. 15. His last time being shut out in that category was against the Herd in HOMECOMING 2014 as a sophomore.
